- Lease Terms & Deposit Requirements
Tenants are required to pay two months’ deposit and one month’s rent before moving into the unit. - Rent-to-Own Options
We currently do not offer rent-to-own options. - Inter-Estate Amenities Sharing
No, we do not allow inter-estate amenities sharing. Each development will have its own heated swimming pool, clubhouse, multi-purpose court, and children’s play area for exclusive use. - Payment Methods
Rent payments can be made via M-Pesa Paybill or bank deposit. - Service Charge Coverage
The service charge includes garbage collection, security, cleaning, and maintenance of common amenities. - Notice Period
A 2-month notice period is required. - Security Deposit Refund
Yes, the security deposit is refundable, minus any deductions for damages, provided a 2-month notice is given. - Lease Term
The lease term is two years, renewable. - Allocated Parking Spaces
- Mapya – 1 parking slot per unit
- Makao – 1 slot for 2-bedroom units, 2 slots for 3-bedroom units
- Mema – 2 parking slots per unit
- Required Documents for Renting
A copy of your ID or Passport and a copy of your KRA PIN are required. - Pet Policy
Yes, certain pets are allowed. A detailed pet policy is available upon request.
